Meet Our Dedicated Doctors

Dr. Larry McCracken

Dr. Larry McCracken received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in 1991. Dr. McCracken continued his education at New York Chiropractic College where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and class Salutorian in March 1999.

Dr. McCracken is the founding member of Pinnacle Chiropractic Spine and Sports Center. He has continued to pursue his passion for sports medicine and sports performance by becoming a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Dr. McCracken has used these skills in private practice as well as a consultant and football coach for Richland High School. Always in pursuit of additional ways to help his patients, he became one of only a handful of chiropractors in Pennsylvania to become certified by the McKenzie Institute in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment. Dr. McCracken also holds Diplomate status with The American Academy of Pain Management.

Dr. McCracken resides in the Richland Township area of Johnstown with his wife, Lisa and their son, Evan. When he is not working, Dr. McCracken enjoys spending time with his family, coaching, weight lifting and is an active member of his church.

Dr. E.J. Semelsberger

Dr. E.J. Semelsberger, wife Susie, and children Easton, Landon, and Channing, are natives of the Ebensburg area.

After graduating from Bishop Carroll High School, he received his Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University. Dr. Semelsberger is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of New York Chiropractic College, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

Dr Semelsberger is trained in Graston® and Active Release Techniques®.

Dr. Josh Kupchella

Dr. Josh Kupchella, wife Mallory, and three children are natives of the area and reside outside of Ebensburg.

Dr. Kupchella attended Bishop Carroll High School in Ebensburg then graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.  In college, he was a member of ROTC and Commissioned into the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.  Following his undergraduate degree and military training, he attended Chiropractic College. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2011 where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

Dr. Kupchella is a certified provider of Active Release Techniques® and trained in kinesiotaping and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization.

When not in the office, Dr. Kupchella enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors and training at Legends Warehouse gym in Ebensburg.
